RENTAL BIKE BOOKING:
8 Steps to book
Step 1: Choose the Date, Pick up Time, Duration (2h, 3h, 4h, 6h or 1 day).
Step 2: Choose the bike option between E-Bikes, Fat Bikes, Hybrid/Straight Bar, Kids, Mountain, or Road Bikes.
Step 3: Choose the right Size and Quantity of the bike and click on Add to Cart and go to Next Step. DO REMEMBER TO TICK THE RIGHT SIZE HELMETS, IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN DO NOT TICK THE HELMET OPTION. NO HELMET, NO RIDE.
Step 4: Add Extras (optional accessories) for your bike. Choose the right Size and Quantities and click Next Step.
Step 5: Enter your Personal Info and click Next Step.
Step 6: Review your rental Summary and click Create Rental Reservation, as you will use the same account for future bookings.. After this is done your booking is placed. Please come to the store on the booking date and show the email you received to our Team.
Step 7: Head to your Email account, look for TREK BICYCLE STORE Dubai/Hubtiger email confirmation in Inbox or Updates folders, if you do not find it there look under Spam/Junk Mail folder as your email server might have a Security Blocker.
Please note that if you unsubscribe from the email which you received, you won’t be able to receive any future rental updates via email.
Step 8: After reservation is processed you can click the view waiver and input all details and sign via mouse or finger on iPad. If you having difficult you can sign the waiver in store.
* Weekday Bookings will be discounted accordingly in store.
Al Qudra Cycle Course
Conveniently located where Al Qudra Road and Bab Al Shams meet, the Al Qudra Cycle Course stretches into the desert and allows the rider access to an uninterupted 85km loop. Here you will enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets over the desert and see various wildlife such as oryx and camels who often roam past the cycle path. Whether you choose the 50km loop from our store or include an additional 20-30km extension as well as a 16km out and back, locally known as "The Stick" you will surely be delighted by what Dubai has to offer via the bike.
*You should reserve in advance within 72 hours prior to booking. No Booking Ref, NO RIDE!
Our Rental facility is located at our Seih Al Salam Store directly at the Al Qudra Cycle Course, once you arrive you can be riding your bike in less then 15 minutes of your arrival.
Our Seih Al Salam store is a fully equipped bicycle store including Sales and Service Center. Our store is open seven days a week from Sunday to Saturday: 5:30 am to 10:00 pm.
Frequently Asked Questions
What kind of deposit or ID do I need? All you need is a Passport or ID Card. No Deposit Required.
Unable to confirm booking, now what? If you find you are not able to confirm your booking, check that the bicycle model you are booking is indeed available for the day or time frame you are trying to book for. If not, scroll to find an alternative bike that is available for your required date and time.
Do you have a phone App for booking? We do not yet have a phone app for booking, but we do have an online booking system through our website that takes 8-easy steps to complete your booking.
Do the bikes come with pedals? All our bikes are fitted with a standard flat pedal. We also have available Bontrager, LOOK or Shimano pedals for road or mountain on request in-store for AED 16. If you provide your own pedals we will gladly install at no extra charge. Shoes are not available for rental.
Do I need to wear a helmet? YES! Helmets are compulsory to wear and are supplied with all our rental bikes included in our rental price.
Do the rentals come with extras and spares? Gel seat covers, lights, spare inner tubes, bicycle pumps, saddles bags etc are limited and on a first come first serve basis with some items charge at a set fee.
What if I want to return the bike early or keep it longer? Simply notify the store of your desire. If the bicycle is not reserved for the desired time, your account will be noted and additional charges will be applied upon the return. If the bicycle is reserved, it must be returned on the original date/time. There is only a minimum of 1 hour.
Can I pick up my rental at any Trek Bicycle Store locations? NO. All bicycles must be picked up and returned to the Seih Al Salam Store, Al Qudra. Sorry, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Should I make a reservation? YES, reservations are strongly recommended in order to guarantee that we have the correct bike available for you. During peak periods you should reserve in advance within 72 hours prior to booking.
How do weekend reservations work? The last reservations for weekends through email will be accepted on Thursday afternoons at 1pm. Any reservation received by email after 1pm on a Thursday will not be accepted and urge you to call our store on +971 4 832 7377 to check the availability for Saturday and Sunday. We will not accept email bookings made on Friday for Saturday, and again urge you to call our store to check availability.
Group Bookings? We gladly accept group bookings but ensure a minimum 7 day reservation. Group bookings incur full payment if cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
When do I pick up my bike? All reserved bikes must be picked up on scheduled booked time and date, unless special arrangements have been made. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking. Please call the store if you are delayed in collection your rental.
What about riding at night? We have limited lights available for free of charge with night rentals, but you can purchase your own set from our store starting from AED 75.00.
Is there a restroom? Not only are there both Male and Female restrooms including showering facilities. You can also relax and enjoy a coffee and a light snack after a great ride.
What are your public holiday rates? Weekend rates apply for public / religious holidays despite the holiday falling on a week day.
By what time do I need to book to ensure a bicycle for the next day? Any bookings made via email after 5pm will not ensure a bicycle reservation for the following day.
